What will be your job?

 You are responsible for delivering new products that successfully grow the existing product portfolio. You are the linchpin of new product development from initial idea to the first commercial delivery into the market. In this function you will coordinate and assess development actions of third parties such as formulators, manufacturers and laboratories. You will take care of the compliance with legislative requirements, take part in technical transfers of products and monitor validation of production processes.

Our total team consists out of 8 members. You will be working closely with the Managing Director, who has extensive experience and a network in effective product development, to set priorities. Because of the small size of our organisation you will also be working closely with your colleagues of Sales and Supply Chain.

Who are you?

You are solution and result driven and want to have a direct impact on the development of new products. You have proven experience in project management, formulation development, set up off analytical methods, and writing scientific parts of product technical files for registration of new products. Working independently on an international level is something you love and besides that you are self motivated. You are a team player with good communication skills which you use by contacting third parties.


  • Master degree in pharmacy, biochemistry, biomedical sciences or an equivalent background in the life sciences.
  • Basic knowledge of physicochemical properties of general OTC galenic forms (e.g. creams, liquids, capsules, nose sprays, etc), analytical chemistry, regulatory framework (e.g. GMP, MDD 93/42/EEC, ISO 13485, ICH guidelines, USP and EP) and epidemiology
  • Experience in developing consumer care and/or health products
