What will be your job?
Your main goal is to manage country distributors and ensure growth by maintaining contact and activate current distributors. You advise and support them in the following areas: sales forecast, marketing- and communication plans, training sales force and brand management. Furthermore you monitor competitive activities in the region. If necessary you will select new distributors. As Sales Manager you will track the implementation of brand strategies and marketing plans of distributors by analysing feedback and propose changes. Effective communication, both internally as well as with the distributor teams, is essential to ensure alignment to achieve sales objectives.
Our total team consists 8 members of which 3 are in the Sales team. You will be working closely with a dynamic sales manager who is responsible for winning new business and you will manage the junior account manager. You report directly to the Managing Director with whom you set priorities and execute plans. Due to the relatively small size of the company you are also responsible for guiding colleagues of branding, regulatory and supply chain departments to ensure efficient internal process and happy clients.
